Downtown Kissimmee

St. Cloud
Known as the Soldier City, St. Cloud was established as a retirement community for Union soldiers following the American Civil War. The community has a strong sense of pride in its heritage, demonstrated through landmark areas such as Veteran’s Park located in the heart of the City. Also home to a thriving Main Street program, St. Cloud puts on numerous community events and promotes the downtown shops and restaurants. The award-winning Lakefront Park on East Lake Tohopekaliga offers walking trails, swimming areas, a splash pad and boating facilities for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.
