Getting Around

Getting around shouldn’t be hard work while you’re on vacation.

If you're renting a car, you’ll find it’s easy to navigate West U.S. Highway 192, Kissimmee’s primary tourist corridor, using the brightly colored Guidemarkers you’ll find along the way. Also note:

• Osceola Parkway (Toll Road 522) is a direct route to the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort.

• There is convenient access to and from Florida’s Turnpike at Exit #242, #244, and #249.

• For car rentals, a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a major credit card are required. It is advisable to call in advance to confirm age restrictions and reservations in advance.

Kissimmee is a convenient stop on both Amtrak and Greyhound.
