Atlantic Coast Beaches

Florida's "Space Coast" launched America into space and to the Moon. These world-famous beaches are a quick drive from Kissimmee.  The area's closest beach is Cocoa Beach, about an hour away. Melbourne Beach and Satellite Beach are just to the South of Cocoa. For a secluded beach, head to Canaveral National Seashore. The park's 24-mile long beach is the longest undeveloped beach on the east coast of the state. Drive on the beach in world-famous Daytona, home to the Daytona 500. Or head further north to quiet and scenic Flagler Beach.
