ADVENTURE

  • Discover the “Real” Florida – Visit Forever Florida, try the Zip-line tour, or the Cracker Coach tour of this 4,600-acre nature preserve and working cattle ranch. Lunch at the Cypress Restaurant. The afternoon provides a different type of nature tour, with an exciting airboat ride. Skim across the lake and see wildlife, birds, close up and in their natural habitat.

HERITAGE & CULTURE

  • Begin the day with a stop at the Osceola County Historical Society Museum & Pioneer Center which includes an original Cracker-style house, general store, blacksmith shop, on grounds shaded by centuries-old oak trees. Enjoy lunch in Historic Downtown Kissimmee, then about 30-minute drive to the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art in Winter Park. This museum houses the world's most comprehensive collection of the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848-1933) including Tiffany jewelry, pottery, paintings, art glass, leaded-glass windows, lamps, and the chapel interior he designed for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago.
