A: The Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau does not sell attraction tickets. However, a variety of attraction/activity ticket offers are available on our website and some are available for purchase online.

Q: How far is Disney from Kissimmee?
A: A sizeable portion of the Walt Disney World Resort, most notably Wide World of Sports, is located within the Kissimmee destination. Many of Kissimmee’s tourism providers are located along the West U.S. Highway 192 tourism corridor that provides easy access to and is only brief minutes from the entrance to the Magic Kingdom. For arriving motorists, the entrance to the Magic Kingdom is approximately 15 miles west (via U.S. Highway 192) of Florida's Turnpike Southbound Exit 244 ; 17 miles west of Northbound Exit 242 (via U.S. Highway 192); and immediately off exit 64 from Interstate 4.

Q: What is the closest beach to your area?
A: On the east coast Daytona Beach is approximately a 90 minute drive to the northeast; Cocoa Beach is approximately a 75 minute drive to the east. On the west coast Clearwater/St. Petersburg beaches are approximately a 90 minute drive. See Beaches in the What's Nearby section.

Q: I am planning to visit soon, what is the weather like at this time of the year?
A: Central Florida's weather is very tropical. Expect warm weather most of the year. The summer months are the most humid and have the most rainfall, but expect lots of sunshine between rain and clouds.
